2022 was a great year with some great improvements and results. Thanks to focus on recovery, diet and great training group.

My racing goals for 2023

  • 800m 2:07 -> 2:03
  • 1500 4:20 -> 4:10
  • 3km 9:31 -> 9:10
  • 5km 15:46 -> 15:30
